I woke up

to an email notification that said "Hi grannypurse, Ellen DeGeneres (TheEllenShow) is now following your tweets on Twitter."

I thought it was some kinda joke. I clicked on my "My Friends" list and she wasn't there! So i figured, bugger, must have been a mistake. Went back to my email notification screen, and there it was, staring back at me: "Hi grannypurse, Ellen DeGeneres (TheEllenShow) is now following your tweets on Twitter."

Went back to Twitter, and clicked on "My Followers" this time. (Yeah, what was I thinking, that it wasn't enough for Ellen to follow me, that she had to be my FRIEND too? Com'on Jen.)

Lo and Behold. Hello there, Ellen! *does a little Ellen jig*

I need more mornings like these.

Another two made their way outta my hands, and into those of their new owner this week. Thank You so much for all yer support. My mornings have never been this good.

Pretty Useless

My Goode Morning medium kisslock purse made it into the latest issue of 8 Days this week (issue #1019, 29 April 2010), under their SHOP feature double-page spread! *WOOT* But I was kinda disappointed the photo didn't do much justice to the purse :/

Then again, I really should not be "complaining" since it is free advertising and someone DID buy that purse.
